The gown had 98 yards of beautiful white satin and was encrusted with more than 1500 crystal rhinestones, a 13-foot train, and a 16-foot veil. The gown was estimated to be over $2,00,000 but it is reported that the bride paid $100,000 because of all the favorable publicity that the gown caused. Melania required 4 fitting sessions one of which lasted for four hours.
